My goal is to make sure our Property Management team will take care of your property while you are deployed. The William E. Wood At The Mall Property Management team will properly manage your property as follow:

1.    Make direct deposits into your designated bank account.

2.    Fill any vacancy quickly with the best available tenant.

3.    Carefully screen tenants, including a thorough credit check and review of
       furnished references.

4.    Set rents correctly to achieve maximum occupancy and income to you.

5.    Collect rents promptly.

6.    Recommend rent increases when appropriate.

7.    Assure that tenants comply with all lease provisions.

8.    Administer lease renewals, re-negotiations, and, when necessary,
       terminations.

9.    Supervise all maintenance and repairs.

10. Recommend, and then supervise, improvements that keep your property
       at its highest value.

11. Prepare monthly (and year end) statements and send rent proceeds on
       schedule.
